What if Charles Manson was released from Prison today? He’s a sick SOB and he might never see the sky again until his funeral, but what if he gets out tomorrow and winds up living next door to you? Thoughts?

I would move immediately, however I doubt the house would sell since the propery value would drop significantly, but I would even let if foreclose to leave.
